Well after the incident we had at our house the night before, we decided we better get the girls out and spend the day together. We went up Payson canyon to some of the lakes they have up there and went fishing. After a hint from our neighbor we ended up at this little lake and after a little walk around to the other side, we settled in and then it happened, all to fast, as soon as Adam would get a pole out, we would have a fish on, and even though Whitney would go running and screaming away, we kept on catching and catching for about thirty minutes. And with the exception of Whitney with the fish, it was great fun! It slowed down greatly after the first thirty minutes, and a good thing two, Adam was getting very frustrated with trying to keep poles in the water and tangle-free and getting fish off the hooks and away from Whitney as fast as he could. And the rest of the day, we drove around sight seeing and enjoying the mountains and each other. It was great to have a day like that, without having other
pressing things for Adam to do.
Don't let this picture fool you, this was the first pole in the water, and as soon as she felt a fish on, she threw the pole to Audrey and ran up the hill, and every time she would feel another one on, she did the same thing, threw the pole to the nearest person, and went running, screaming, and crying in fear up the hill side. But at least we got her holding the pole.
