BRAVE

Tuesday evening my neighbor came to drop off some things, and Whitney ran out to their car to say hi to Kaydon. Whitney ended up getting her finger smashed in the car door. About an hour later her finger had swollen up and had turned black and blue, so we ran her to the doctor. They ex-rayed it, and decided it wasn't broken, "as far as he could see", whatever that means. But they did have to burn a hole in her nail so all the blood could drain out, Ouch! She was so nervous she was shaking, but she didn't start crying or screamed, like her mom would have. On the car ride home, she told Adam that she was the brave one, and Audrey is the cute one! :). You are VERY brave Whitney.
