Grandma Lorie and Grandpa Bob had a "Moose Hunt" weekend. On a Friday night we met up Provo Canyon and had family pictures taken and made some crafts and went on a moose hike. After that we had dinner and roasted "moosemallows". And even though it was FREEZING my girls had such a great time.
After this picture my camera died, so I didn't get any more pictures that night.
Saturday morning we headed to Grandma's house. We had a yummy breakfast. After breakfast was cleaned up we headed out side for some games. Whitney came upstairs looking like this
The kids played duck duck moose
Adam and Zack took a nap on the grass
Zack tipped over as soon as I snapped this picture
We made washer necklaces, and glass bubble magnets
They roped a moose.
Whitney needed a little help, she thought
It turned out she didn't need very much
She did it on her second try!
Adam gave it a shot too.
Zack played and ate leaves and grass
They played pin the antler on the moose
Toss for candy
Adam helping the girls stamp their washers.
Zack took a little nap too, very surprising
Cousins picture
Audrey found her AND Zack a moose on the last moose hunt
Whitney's moose
Not sure what Grandma was saying here, but Whitney looks shocked! :)
They got prizes for which ever moose they found
Whitney got window crayons, she had to get them out right away.
All their loot
Before we left we had Moose Tracks ice cream, and chocolate Mousse (moose) cake. Whitney said she didn't want cake that had moose in it. We had to set her straight. She loved the leftovers that grandma sent home with us.
It was a great weekend, my girls LOVED it.
