A Hard Day :( !

Well today the girls and Adam had appointments to go to the dentist. It was the first time we had been to this particular dentist, and every one was a bit on edge, especially Adam. He was going in to get his wisdom teeth out, OUCH! Well it started out pretty good, Adam went back first, so the girls and I had to wait awhile, so the dentist sent out one of his helpers to get the girls ice cream, at 8:30 in the morning, which just made the girls love him. Everything was going well until they told the girls to come back, then lets just say the day really started, for me anyway. It wasn't Whitney's first time at the dentist but for some reason she decided she didn't want to go to the dentist anymore. So none of my girls would get in the chair, FINALLY after I left the room, the nurse got her to corporate, and she did very well. The dentist was very impressed with her teeth, not one cavity, good and healthy, way to go Whitney! The four year old was a completely different story, as you can tell by the pictures, she was a very knotty girl. She cried the whole time and wouldn't let the poor nurse come close to her. As for Adam, the dentist said he was very brave, his first two top teeth came out quick and easy, unfortunately the bottom two weren't so easy, they had to go in and surgically remove them. The roots were growing roots (spurs I guess they are called) and some of them were grown into his jaw bone, so they had to chip bone away. I tried to get a picture of him, but he refused, not that I can blame him. He is a very swollen hurt young man today. But a tough one at that, way to go Adam! The girls felt so bad for him, they came home and "took care" of the goats, horses and chickens and fed the dog for him, they sure do love there daddy.
