Our Graduate

On May 21, 2010 our baby girl graduated from Kindergarten. It was a very wonderful day. Audrey told me too record (video tape) the WHOLE program, cause they were going to sing A LOT of songs. She had her part memorized the day they gave it to her. "A is for the alphabet, which we know how to say." She did so good. The day before Friday, she got to ride the early morning bus with all the big kids, so ALL the Kindergartners could practice together, and she was oh so excited. She got to pick out her outfit the night before with Whitney, and was able to get dressed and ready at the same time. She was so happy to get to walk down to the bus stop with her.

I had to do a double take with this picture, 2022 is so stinkin far away, but I'm sure it is going to speed by, and I am going to be so very old by then too.

My camera started to do very crazy things this day, great timing I know, so I didn't get a great picture, good thing we have it all on video

They got called up and was given a diploma, which she immediately had to check out, so cute

Zack finally woke up, and was oh so happy, he is starting to figure out he is supposed to smile when the camera is out

Whitney and Audrey in front of their school, Whitney's 3rd grade had their make-up track meet on this day also, because it had already been rained out TWICE but they scheduled it at the VERY SAME TIME, so we didn't get to watch it, but she came in second on one race, and had a three way tie for first on another one! Way to go Curly, she was so nervous that morning and told me she wasn't a fast runner, but she did it!

After, we checked Whitney out of school, and we all went to lunch, Audrey's choice, to One Man Band, and then I took them to there favorite store, the Dollar Tree. Whitney was so funny on the way there, A Miley Cyrus song came on and she got so excited because she had a dream the night before that we were all going to the dollar store and this song came on the radio, and now it really is happening! Crazy! :)
